When do I get my OOS (Out of Stock)
items?
All
out of stock items are shipped within 2 weeks on
average. In some cases, within a day, but never later than 30
days. If we were to ever ship later than 30 days, we'd compensate you with
a coupon of your next order - Guaranteed.
2.
What if I want to cancel an order?
If
you do not wish to receive a previously ordered OOS (out of
stock) item that has been out of stock for more than 30 days,
please contact us. Also, if you have an unpaid order, you can
cancel it inside of your online account center. We do not
allow cancellation of orders that have been paid for any
reason other than these. See #6 below for further details.

When do I get free shipping? What are your shipping
rates?
All
orders over $90.00 of the final price will receive free
shipping. All other orders are billed at a flat rate of $5.76
per shipment to ALL US addresses regardless of the weight or
quantity of titles ordered. All international orders will be billed
at $5.00 + approximately $0.20 per ounce International shipping fee.

How do I modify an order?
For
unpaid orders, simply cancel the order through your online
account. If it has been paid and you made a mistake, please
email us immediately. Please note that we may not have time to
change it before it ships with our speedy shipping, so please
try to make sure you place the correct order everytime.
6.
What
if I ordered an item that shipped, but want to cancel it
before it gets here?
If
you didn't get a chance to cancel an item before it has
shipped, all is NOT lost. Simply put 'return to sender' if
possible, or ship the items back to us without ever opening
the package and make sure it is back in our office within 14
days of the day we send it (postmark on our originally sent
package must be within 14 days of the day we receive it). We will refund you
per our refund policy only, no exceptions.
7.
What region codes are the DVDs - what DVD players will they
work with?
All
of our imported DVDs work on any game consoles, any NTSC DVD
players, DVD-ROMS - anywhere. If you ever get the incorrect
region, return it for a replacement free of charge.
8.
What kind of payment methods are acceptable (USA and
Internationally?)
USA:
We accept checks, money orders, and credit card payments (we
accept cash too, but we do not recommend send cash in the mail.
You accept the risk if you choose to pay with this cash.).
International:
We accept all payment in US dollars which is in the form of:
International Money Order, cash, International Bank Draft. We do
not recommend sending cash however. We do not accept any other
form of payment (such as Western Union).

available! (Except on bulk orders which are 100+ DVDs per order

My cart isn't displaying items correctly!

First,
make sure your cookies are ENABLED (Turned On). This is the best
way. We still allow the shopping functions to work without
cookies, but it takes longer, and there may be a few aesthetic
errors or display problems. If after you enable your cookies,
and it still doesn't work, make sure you haven't just ordered.
You'll be prompted once if you want to delete your old cart
items the next time you stop by, or exit the secure order form.
Also enable Javascript in your web-browser. This is less
important, but will make things run slightly faster and look a
little nicer. To see your actual shopping cart items at
anytime, go to checkout and they will be displayed clearly.

I can't find the answer to my question here or I have a comment,
complaint, suggestion, I want a title and I cannot find it!,
etc.

No
problem! Just send us an email through your online account, and we'll try to answer you
within 48-72 hours. Please note that due to the volume of
emails we receive, we cannot always reply in a timely
fashion, and some emails sent may not receive a response
(such as suggestions, strange queries, other crazy requests
or comments that people send us). To contact us, you will
need to first sign-up for an account (to avoid spam engines
from stealing our email address). You do so by adding an
item to your shopping cart, then simply completing the first
page of information on your cart (where it requests your
email address, billing and shipping info, etc). You do not need to
complete payment on the final check-out, simply make sure
your email is verified after the first screen. If for any
reason you have trouble or just need to ask a question,
please ask our live chat support staff. You can reach them
at any time in the upper-right hand corner of our website.

Where
are my DVDs?

ALWAYS
check your online account here when you want to know when
you'll get your DVDs. If you don't receive your package
within 5 days of the LAST day you were expecting to receive
them, then contact us through your online account AFTER
checking the status of your order. We will not respond to
any email inside of this time frame regarding shipment
information since it 99.99% of the time is on the way. If you paid by check
or money order (and took some time to send in payment), your
DVDs may go out of stock before payment arrives. In this
case, we will wait until all DVDs are back in-stock and then
send the entire order. If you want to avoid this, please pay
by credit card directly through our website or by Paypal (Paypal
may take 24-48 hours for us to receive payment however and
the same problem may occur, though less likely than mailing
payment.)

How
do I pay by check/money order?

Simply
use the site as if you were going to make a credit card
order, but on the payment options, choose paying by
check/money order/paypal. After you complete check out, you
will receive an email on how to mail payment (and the final
screen will also have instructions to do this).

I
received a type 3 error when checking out.
-
This
means that the credit card processor was under going
maintenance. Simply wait a few minutes, go get a drink, come
back and try again. The average down time is 2.5 minutes,
and rarely longer than 5 minutes in this situation. No money
is transacted when this error occurs.

returned DVDs for replacement/refund, where's my new DVDs/money?

How
do I track my package?

If
you choose the delivery confirmation option when you
ordered, you will be able to track your package from within
your online account by going to your order history and
selecting the order you wish to track. If you did not, then
there is no tracking available.

My
DVD case is broken, will you fix it?
-
IF
you choose the insurance (delivery confirmation right now)
as an option, and if your 1-disc DVD case came broken and
you'd like a new one, simply return the case and we will
mail a replacement. If your gatefold case came broken and
you selected the insurance option, please return it only and
we will fix it, then send it back to you. Please note that
often times it's cheaper for you to just get a replacement
at a local store (like Best Buy for example) on the 1-DVD
cases, or using a Hot Glue Gun to fix gatefolds.

do I check the status of my order?

password you were sent by email when you ordered and your
email address it was sent to as your login. If you have deleted or misplaced
the email, you can use the password retrieval function on the log-in page
to have it re-emailed to you.

What is the price adjust (down arrow)
mean?

This is like
a daily stock market! Every day the price of EVERY item on our website will get cheaper EXCEPT -
when an item is purchased it resets to it's normal price! So, you can try and save a few cents
by waiting until tomorrow to buy, but you may end up paying more if someone buys it before you do!
